Amy Smart was an American model and actress. The modeling career she began with was in Italy, in which she was born and raised, before being was born in California. Her Costly Affair, a 1996 TV film that she played her first part in, was her debut role. It took some time for her to star in Starship Troopers in a smaller role. In the beginning, it was difficult for Amy to switch from modelling to acting. It's because the majority of models don't have the ability to act. They are typically only given small, insignificant role. Amy did not give up. Her first major roles were in The 70s followed by Varsity Blues. Amy later stepped into lead parts in 2005's romantic comedy Just Friends starring Ryan Reynolds. Amy was recognized after more than 10 years struggling. Amy went on to star in major films such as the Crank Series opposite Jason Statham, and Shameless.
